Hello, and welcome to our home!

We’re so happy you’ve chosen our property for your vacation.

Before you settle in and get comfortable, we would like to make you aware of the House Rules. These rules are in place at our vacation rental. We have some House Rules. Understanding and complying with our house rules will make for a comfortable and fun stay for everybody!

Please read each of the rules carefully. This will help you avoid any danger. It will also prevent deductions from your security deposit upon checkout.

• Every guest must give a valid ID/Passport number and local Greece citizens must give an AFM (VAT number as well*). **it is a government need**
• Check in time is 15:00, check out time is 10:00.

• Parties are forbidden at all time

• Please keep quiet between 15:00-17:30 and after 22:00 until 08:00
• the apartment is not suitable for children under the age of 14. It is also not suitable for elderly suffering from mobility issues. There is no elevator access and the doors are too narrow for a wheelchair.
• The apartment is suitable for a single guest or a couple. You must have the host’s permission for having an extra person or child.
• smoking is forbidden indoor and outdoor (the deck wooden floor is flammable*).
• Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
• Dishes and cutlery that you use while visiting should not be placed back in the cupboards.
• Do not irrigate the plants.
• Do not through food on the balcony floor.
• Keep the surrounding clean at all time.
• in case of emergency – please call the host or check the emergency page and phone numbers.
• Do not unplug the TV from the router and streamer. It can cause problems to reconnect before a new guest arrives.
• Do not share the WIFI Password with others.
• Keep the apartments keys with you or store them in the key locker. for safety reason please scramble the code and slide the cover.
• the apartment is equipped with a water purifier – drinking tap water is safe.
• in case of breaking plate / glass or any other thing, please report is to the host.
• if you need extra blanket, extra toilet paper or any other thing – please let us know.
• please take care while walking in the city: pocket lifting * , fast driving cars and scooters*. take care even on the Zebra crossing.
